At any price, paradise is worth it! However, value is much more important than price!
We believe that; which is why the figures quoted below are inclusive of service and tax. Also, Siam Garden website has purposely left out some features of the resort which we know will delight you when you discover them!
Both Orchid and Bamboo have independent upstairs and downstairs suites. Upstairs comprises, bedroom, bathroom, lounge and large verandah. Downstairs has bedroom, bathroom, lounge area and large terrace. All accommodation is extremely spacious.
The price per suite, per night is 2,600 Baht ($65)
Inclusive of A La Carte Breakfast
A maximum of three persons per suite can be accommodated comfortably. If you are a double couple or a family for example and occupy a whole house the rate will be 3,800 Baht ($95) inclusive

You will be entitled to enjoy all the facilities of Siam Garden for the above prices. There are a couple of exceptions: International telephone calls will be charged at cost and beer from the fridge which is 35 to 60 baht per can/bottle depending on the brand.
It is too complex to quote prices for all the other services Siam Garden can offer, like day trips, visiting massage, etc. It depends on so many factors. You can be sure, though, that whatever your needs, they will be met with competitive pricing.
How can you pay?
At time of writing (October) there are no facilities for making credit card payments (but watch this space).

To show our commitment to you we will confirm a booking by allocating a house to the date of your choice (assuming it is available) in our diary, if you will commit to us in the form of a deposit of equal to $50 (US). We are sorry, but this sum could not be refunded in the event of you failing to arrive unless you could give a minimum of 48 hours notice. Naturally, your $50 deposit will be used to offset your final bill relating to your stay with us at Siam Garden.
Airport and Railway station transfers are of course free of any charges.
Let’s suppose you wanted to utilize both houses; perhaps you would like to stay for longer than a week; maybe you have a party of up to12 persons (all would have a proper bed and a chair at a table for breakfast!!), then let’s negotiate!
If you wish to reserve a date for either “Orchid” or “Bamboo” then email us and we will ask them to see if they are available and then let you know.
There are no special rules about checking in and out of Siam Garden! If you can be flexible so can we!
There is plenty of accommodation in Chiang Mai, hotels in Chiang Mai, guesthouses in Chiangmai, several bed and breakfast places in Chiangmai, but not many resorts in the Northern capital of Thailand. Siam Garden Resort Chaing Mai is one of them.
